MARC SADLER

Laureato in “esthétique industrielle” all'ENSAD di Parigi, è pioniere della sperimentazione dei materiali e della contaminazione fra le tecnologie, divenute aspetti distintivi della sua attività. All’inizio degli anni ’70 mette a punto il primo scarpone da sci in materiale termoplastico interamente riciclabile, poi industrializzato dall’italiana Caber, oggi grazie al suo eclettismo è consulente di aziende nei più svariati settori dell’industria.

PAOLO PAREA

Born in Rome, he trained at his city’s design institute, the ISIA. After completing his studies, he joined the LENCI studio, which gave him the opportunity to build considerable expertise in close contact with leading companies in various market sectors. He worked in everything from bathroom fixtures to furniture, fitness equipment to spa equipment, the private and public automotive sector to the more specific realm of electric motors. He oversaw traditional modelling, prototyping, engineering, and for four years was head of the design department. Having left the studio after ten years, he worked with various companies and soon teamed up with two colleagues to form the TRIADE studio, expanding his activity to include the creation of trade fair booths, showrooms and interior design shops. Meanwhile, he also began teaching packaging design and product design at the university level. He has earned various awards, including selection for the DESIGN INDEX and DESIGN CODEX, and has taken part in various exhibitions. At present he has struck out on his own by founding the PAREA DESIGN STUDIO, through which, alongside his previous activities, he has forged new partnerships in the world of graphics and entertainment.

FABRIZIO BATONI

Fabrizio Batoni graduated in architecture at the University of Florence. In 1997 he founded the STUDIOBATONI architectural firm together with Paola Caciorgna, which deals with the development of building plans, exhibition stand projects, graphics and design. The firm currently collaborates with freelance professionals and also directly with the Department of Industrial Design of Florence; at the same time it continues to pursue projects with companies in the sectors of furnishing, lighting, bathroom design and leather goods, and is also in charge of the artistic design for a number of companies.

ALESSANDRO LENARDA

Alessandro Lenarda, architect and designer Lenarda was born in Venice on June 1, 1939. After studying music and the classics in secondary school, he got his architecture degree in Venice.Since 1976, he has been a member of the “Accademia Tiberina” in Rome. His work has been exhibited five times at the Venice Biennale. He has been nominated twice and shortlisted once for ADI’s “Compasso d’Oro” award.His works can be found in museum collections around the world. They have also been the subject of a degree thesis in the Department of Literature at Sapienza University of Rome (2001). Some of his works have been declared “of exceptional historic and artistic interest” and entered in the Italian register of national cultural heritage. He has six pieces in the Farnesina Design Collection at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Rome.
